Tending the Nest

Help out at one of the locations directly serving our young people …

Two children and A Dignified Home employee sit playing a game of Jenga. It’s a frontal view. The Jenga blocks are stacked high and seem to be teetering. A young girl sitting on the floor is focused and pushing out a Jenga piece from the base of the tower. She wears a large comfy sweater and is drawn from the waist up. She’s around 12-years old, and her shoulder-length hair is pushed behind her ears. She could be Middle Eastern. She sits on lower screen right. Next to her, on her right, and in the center of the Jenga players, is the “A Dignified Home” employee. She sits laughing at the action. Her T-shirt holds the logo for “A Dignified Home.” She has straight hair that rests on her shoulders. The young 11-year old boy on her right is animated and full of vigor. He points to another piece higher in the stack that the young girl could have removed. His mouth is wide open, as if screaming with excitement. His right hand appears to have just come off his chin, as if he were previously in deep thought. He has a charming face, short haircut, and a slender frame. He could be African-American. He wears a T-shirt and pants. He’s fully engaged in the game and almost feels glued to the Jenga stack.
